Organic Cumin Seed (Jeera)

Cumin seeds, known as ti l'ani in Mauritius, can be toasted or bloomed in ghee to release the flavor. Cumin pairs wonderfully with coriander, other warming spices, chilies, and fresh herbs.

It is possibly Mauritius' second most popular spice used in basically almost all of our Indian dishes, the most popular being coriander.
