Organic Coriander Seed (Coriandre)

Coriander has a citrusy, nutty flavor and aroma, which is heightened by dry-roasting. It is oftentimes paired well with cumin.

It is possibly Mauritius' most popular spice used in basically almost all of our Indian dishes. You can find coriander in Mauritian dishes like achard, vindaye and masala pastes.
