These are my go-to for whole cloves. They are reminiscent of the ones in Mauritius. Only a few cloves are needed in a dish to impart its distinct flavor. Cook with meats, curries, and stews. They pair wonderfully with cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, star anise, or peppercorns.
